A complete PTE Core test contains 52-67 tasks across 19 task types and uses proprietary calibrated integrated scoring. This uncalibrated Compass four-skill draft contains 4 Writing, 5 Speaking, 15 Reading, and 14 Listening interactions. Objective Reading and Listening receive proportional practice estimates with skill-specific approximate CLB context; constructed Writing and Speaking are not assessed, so there is no overall score or immigration decision.

Frequently asked questions

How can I switch between short language activities efficiently?

Use a one-line routine for each family: identify the evidence, apply the task rule, and check only the most likely error.

What should guide a reading gap decision?

Combine sentence grammar, nearby meaning, and common word partnerships; do not rely on one clue when the others conflict.

How do I review a missed listening detail?

Locate whether the detail was lost during note-taking, confused with a distractor, or entered inaccurately after the audio.
